PAMPORE, April 21:

Pampore, April 21: In a heartwarming incident highlighting honesty and professionalism, a lost bag containing Rs 45,000 in cash and two mobile phones was recovered and promptly handed over to its rightful owner by SHO Police Station Pampore, Inspector Naieem Rashid, at Police Station Pampore on Monday evening.

The bag belonged to Reshma Kiran, a tourist from Mumbai, who was visiting the Pampore area with her family. She had accidentally misplaced the bag during their outing. Upon recovery by Police Station Pampore, Inspector Naieem Rashid ensured immediate verification and safe return of the belongings to the relieved tourist, officials told Sachnews.

The visiting family expressed deep gratitude, praising the Awantipora Police, especially SHO Pampore Inspector Naieem Rashid and his team, for their honesty, swift action, and warm hospitality.

The tourists departed for their destination with appreciation for the timely help, leaving Pampore with a positive and memorable experience.
